Lance has over fourteen years of experience as an Attorney.  He has a unique familiarity with the military, having retired from the United States Army with over 24 years in service.  Lance served as the Chief of Military Justice for 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) and as Deputy SJA for USASFC(A).  Lance is also a former Deputy District Attorney.

Mr. Miller combines a record of academic excellence with a broad range of experience to maximize his effectiveness in representing his clients.  He graduated as Valedictorian from his class in Law School (JD) and in the Master of Laws program (LLM) from The Judge Advocate General's School in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Lance served as an Infantry Officer in the Gulf War, and in Afghanistan and Kosovo as an Army Judge Advocate.
